Rest assured this was not a decision we took lightly, but your wellbeing and that of our team overseas is our number one priority. We are very sorry for the hassle and inconvenience that this will cause, but we are pleased to be able to offer customers due to travel with us during this time the following options:

 

Option 1: Transfer to a later date in 2020

  • If it’s more expensive than the price you’ve paid already, we’ll waive any extra costs.

 

Option 2: Transfer to 2021 departing up to 30/11/21

  • If it's more expensive than the price you’ve paid already, we’ll waive up to $300 of extra costs.

For extra peace of mind, our new temporary fully flexible booking policy applies to all new bookings for 2020 and 2021 holidays made before 31st July 2020. If transferring to a later 2020 date, this new policy allows you to amend your booking for free at any time up to 24 hours before departure. If transferring to a date in 2021, you can amend this at any point, without charge, up to 31st December 2020.

If the price of your holiday goes up after you’ve booked, we guarantee you won’t be charged any more, but should the price come down, then we’ll refund the difference automatically.

Or if you need a little extra time to decide, we are happy to offer you a Refund Credit Note with an extra $300 added on. You can use your Refund Credit Note towards any river cruise departing up to 30th November 2021.
